Why is processing so long?

Every one of your orders is made to order so each item is specifically made for you and almost all of them are made by me in my studio. Majority of the time processing (making your items) doesn’t usually doesn’t take the full 7 days but sometimes it will, especially in holiday season (see delivery page for last order dates for Christmas).

Do you do custom illustrations?

Yes! I’m all about you so whatever it is you’d like we can find a way to make that happen.

Do you personalise items?

I do, on each product there’s an option for personalisation, add that to your cart and specify what you would like in the description box and I’ll confirm with you within 24hrs. If you forget to fill out the description box please get in contact within 24hrs, otherwise I will leave the product as is.

Included in Personalisation is: Adding of a name / quote or change of background colour. If you want anything else please contact me at kaysiobhann@gmail.com and I will get back to you ASAP.

Who ships my package?

We generally deliver through DHL next day delivery & DPD 1-2 Day Delivery when that’s not available. It’s £7.99, so after your items have been *made and packaged they’ll be with you within 1-2 working days. (*Almost all items are made to order unless stated otherwise, please allow the time specified on each item for your orders to be processed and made)

Do you ship internationally?

We ship all over the UK and US at the moment. We are constantly working on delivering to other countries so check back regularly to see updates.

*The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any taxes, customs duties and fees that may be applied by the destination country. KaySiobhan shall not be responsible for any problems encountered with delivery due to customs procedures or clearance.
