Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your items. As everything is made to order and you have the option to personalise, everything bought standard is under an exchange only policy. However anything personalised cannot be returned. Please see below for more information on our policies.

EXCHANGE

All exchanges must be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To exchange an item, please email kaysiobhann@gmail.com to obtain an EMA (exchange authorisation). In your email please let us know which item you would like to exchange your product for. After receiving an Exchange Authorisation, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Once the return has been received, inspected, you will be notified to whether the exchange was approved or not. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed and your new product has been dispatched.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS   

For defective or damaged products, please email kaysiobhann@gmail.com to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as earrings). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items and we do not accept exchanges or refunds on personalised items.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
